Delivery Terms

Delivery availability, timing, fees, areas and minimum order rules may be configured by the relevant provider and can change based on operational conditions.

GoAppetite does not itself provide food delivery. Where delivery is offered through the platform, the relevant restaurant or its own configured fulfilment arrangement is responsible for the delivery operation and applicable customer-facing obligations.

Customers must provide an accurate and safe delivery location and reasonable contact availability. Estimated times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, demand or other operational conditions.
