Innovix F.Z.E. operates GoAppetite and processes personal information in connection with the platform. This policy explains the main categories of information, purposes and choices. It should be read with applicable mandatory privacy laws and notices presented at collection points.

Information may include account and contact details, authentication records, addresses or location information when provided or permitted, order and transaction-related information, communications, device or usage information and information required for provider onboarding or support.

We use information to operate and secure accounts, provide requested services, process and record platform activity, support customers and providers, improve functionality, prevent fraud or abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. Marketing communications should be subject to the relevant consent or preference controls where required.

Information may be shared with the relevant restaurant or provider to fulfil a customer request, and with carefully selected service providers that support hosting, communications, analytics or other platform operations, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. We do not sell personal data as a product to advertisers.

Customer food-order payments are not collected by GoAppetite for settlement to restaurants; provider subscription/SaaS billing is a separate relationship and is handled under the applicable billing arrangement.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, account administration, dispute handling, security, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping. Retention periods may vary by data type and applicable law.

Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion or other rights concerning their personal information, subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. Contact the official GoAppetite support channel to submit a request.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will publish the current version and effective date in the Legal & Trust Center.
