GoAppetite Provider Agreement

This agreement governs a restaurant or other approved provider using GoAppetite. The provider receives access to selected software and platform services under its applicable plan or commercial arrangement.

The provider remains independently responsible for its business licences, food or service operations, menus, prices, taxes, customer-facing disclosures, food safety, allergens, dietary claims, fulfilment, staff and compliance obligations.

The provider must keep platform information accurate and promptly update unavailable items, prices, service areas and material business information. The provider must not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

The provider is responsible for the underlying sale and fulfilment of its own food or services, including any delivery operation it offers. GoAppetite does not itself deliver food.

The provider is also responsible for receiving and handling its own customer food/service payments. GoAppetite does not collect cash from customers for those orders and does not receive customer food-order money for settlement to the provider.

Provider subscriptions and paid features payable to Innovix are governed by the selected plan and applicable billing terms. Failure to pay may result in restriction of paid features, subject to applicable terms and law.

GoAppetite may suspend access for security, fraud prevention, legal risk or material breach. Providers must cooperate with reasonable investigations and maintain appropriate records.
