Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of GoAppetite, a technology and digital commerce platform operated by Innovix F.Z.E. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policy presented to you.

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential and use the platform lawfully. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate others, upload unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.

Independent restaurants and providers are responsible for the information and services they publish or provide, including menu descriptions, prices, availability, dietary and allergen information, preparation, fulfilment and applicable legal obligations.

GoAppetite provides the platform technology. It does not itself prepare or deliver restaurant food. It does not collect cash from customers for restaurant food or service orders and does not receive customer food-order money for settlement to restaurants. Customer payments for restaurant food or services are made directly to the relevant provider under that provider's available payment arrangements.

Provider SaaS subscriptions and platform charges payable to Innovix are separate from restaurant/customer food transactions.

Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, networks, third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features may be changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is not excluded where it cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or restrict access for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material misuse. These Terms are governed and interpreted subject to applicable law and mandatory jurisdictional requirements. Contact support through the official GoAppetite channels for questions.
