Platform & Operator Disclosure

GoAppetite is a technology and digital commerce platform operated by Innovix F.Z.E. ("Innovix", "we", "us" or "our").

GoAppetite provides software, digital tools and online platform services that may include restaurant discovery, restaurant pages, menu publishing, ordering tools, customer and provider accounts, restaurant operations tools, promotions, loyalty, events and catering workflows and related features.

Participating restaurants and other providers are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own licences, menus, prices, taxes, food preparation, food safety, allergens, fulfilment, customer service and compliance obligations.

GoAppetite does not itself prepare or deliver food. Where delivery is offered through the platform, the relevant restaurant or its own configured fulfilment arrangement is responsible for the delivery operation.

GoAppetite does not collect cash from customers for restaurant food or service orders and does not receive customer food-order money for settlement to restaurants. Customer food and service payments are paid directly to the relevant restaurant or provider using the payment options made available by that provider.

Provider subscriptions and other platform/SaaS charges payable to Innovix are separate commercial transactions and are not customer food-order payments.
